Summary: We had a great stay at this place. We floated the Frio one day and the next day enjoyed a hangout in Leakey we know. Afterwards we spent the evening at the Utopia Lake and floated on it and did the rope swing as well. The owner was always quick to respond to us and even had someone bring us a propane bottle to use due to our group forgetting ours. All in all it was a great trip!

Summary: We had a fantastic time at the property. The location was great, with pretty quick access to the nearby state parks, and the house itself was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Backyard was also effectively a big nature area, which was itself also beautiful and fun to walk around in.

Summary: Rug very dirty, oven extremely dirty. In my opinion places where accept dogs shouldn’t have carpets. Everything else was fine.

Summary: Nice cozy little get away house. Just outside the town close enough to lost maples and garner. Ernie and Mac’s had great food. Most deer I’ve ever seen at one time!

Summary: Had 7 grown men stay comfortably for a bachelor party weekend. The kitchen and grill had all we needed. Firepit kept us warm, we had plenty of patio space outback and land to play some games. Beds, linens, dishes, and all rooms very clean. Plenty of towels and t.p. washer, dryer, oven, ac units, TV, wifi, and electronics all working. The property manager was prompt with responses and very clear. The check in and checkout was a breeze. No headaches guaranteed here! The stream was a fun hike and great for a zenful moment and reflecting on good times. If you are on the fence about renting i hope my review helps! Def stay here :)

Summary: exactly what we were looking for. A bed for every hunter. We arrived about 10pm and left at 5am so all we needed was a hot shower, a bed to sleep in, and a coffee pot. We had all that and more. It's a comfortable place with everything you need to rest and relax for a few hours or a few days.
