Summary: Disappointing overall, the location is isolated from walkable amenities which are mostly closed outwith holiday season. An issue with an unusable broken oven door was eventually resolved, after the owner seemed to put the responsibility on us to wait around for a technician. The bedding of sheets and old blankets are unacceptable in this day and age. The feral cats of the neighbourhood use the garden asa toilet, this needs to be addressed with the neighbour who feeds them. I’m glad the grandchildren weren’t around the garden to play. The closed pool looks disgusting and is unusable, there is a tennis court. The area has much to offer and we visited Conil and Cadiz, we will return to the area, the Spanish people are kind and polite. This property seems unloved and is not being cared for in comparison to the neighbourhood.

Summary: Back in Stockholm again it feels like a dream having spent two months in Urb. Roche. We lived in a lovely house with a nice garden. A quieter and more peaceful location is difficult to find. The sea with a fantastic beach was within 15 mins. walk. The house itself was well kept with a good layout. One master bedroom with ensuite. The kitchen well equipped although I had to buy some new glasses for red wine. The only disappointment was the warm water system. Gas heated, witch takes a while to get used to if you haven't come across it before. It took a long time for hot water to reach the farthest wet room. And it was a bit unreliable. However that did not stain our nice experience of the place. We like to come back again.
