Summary: The property manager was super friendly! Helped us if we need anything, we all had a great time and loved everything the house had to offer! Pool was great very nice and warm and loved the jacuzzi! The beds are nice and cozy and the place has great air conditioning! Will come again.

Summary: The good:-property manager was very communicative and willing to fix things and offer solutions-communication and responses were quick-was very open about why something was wrong-The pool was large and nice The bad:-Property was not cleaned with issues like: -Toilet had urine on it -Floors needing to be swept -Carpets not vacuumed -Dirt buildup under furniture. -Fridge had a slime that soiled cardboard-Building had damage such as: -Carpet at bedroom doorway had exposing nails -House’s only toilet’s seat was extremely loose -Side doors were hard to close. -New floor tile was set on top of old creating a lip -We tripped several times on new tile lip-Furniture was damaged or incorrect -Living room TV was broken -Hot tub filter needing to be replaced -Beds were just mattresses on frame that need a box frame in between - 2nd bedroom was listed a queen but was a twin bed on a frame and a twin futon couch.In the end all of the issues are fixable and the property manager explained they are having issues with the current maintenance crew. If the maintenance crews steps up/is replaced the property will be a solid find.

Summary: Samantha was so great with communication. She was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns I had and responded so promptly. The property was great! Checkin went smoothly and the pool was amazing. I had a great stay and will DEFINITELY RETURN in the future!!

Summary: I hosted my birthday party at this location and it was perfect! The pool was great to lounge around the shallower end and the deep end was a lot deeper than we expected so it was fun to use the diving board. As its an indoor pool in the Houston summer it was quite humid in that room when we first arrived but it was okay after a couple of hours with the room's fan on. There were plenty of provided amenities to keep guests entertained outside of the pool such as the pool table, karaoke mics, chess, piano, and guitar. The interior was stylish and the beds and couches were clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and helped answer all of our questions at check-in about the pool and jacuzzi controls. We had a blast and I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to host a gathering or just enjoy a night of fun with friends!
