Summary:
Wonderful property for multiple families to create memories at, indoor pool and sauna. Short drive to North Conway and Cranmore Mountain. Ten minutes to Pea Porridge Pond. Only 7 miles to the Kancamagus Highway. Large property that can sleep up to 16 guests, great outdoor space and indoor salt water pool plus a sauna. Game room, overall wonderful place to bring multiple families.
Due to the changing pool temperatures which range from 72 to 80 degrees, we will not offer any refunds of any kind due to any pool related issues.
The Space:
Has beautiful panoramic views of the Mountain range.

We don't provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit, but most local stores sell bundles.

Summary: This was an awesome house for a group with tons of space for everyone. Beautiful views, fun in the pool, and easy access to Conway. One thing to be mindful of in a big group: there are 13+ beds, but only 2.5 bathrooms. On the main floor there is a half bath, the second floor (with the majority of bedrooms) has one full bathroom, and the top floor with master and nursery has an en-suite. There is no bathroom in the basement where the pool is located. With a group of 10 ladies, 2.5 bathrooms was tough but we made it work! Just something to be mindful of. Otherwise, perfect house for a group!

Summary: Peter and Julia were perfect host and have the most incredible home with views of the mountains! The house was fully stocked, clean and the perfect place for a girls get together. I would recommend this home to any one and everyone and the pool was an added bonus. Great weekend getaway !
