Positive: This is a fabulous gem of a property that is very reasonably priced and offers everything you need. The shower is good, the kitchen is good, the fact that there’s a shared washing machine and dryer for all to use is a real added bonus for travellers and they even supply the soap powder. I think this place offers the best facilities at the best prices going. We hired bikes from Calis to get around but there’s a bell to ring for a taxi just outside the gate to get you to the nearest bus station.
Negative: The steps into the pool are slippery

Negative: Issues with the WiFi The shower was faulty and showing signs of damp / mold in the ceiling and kitchen due to the fault. Would have been nice to have a small oven.

Negative: The picture with the building with lights doesn't refer the reality .. Looks dark and not clean when we arrive . We had an apartment at the ground floor , very dark and inside equipments are used , necessitate refreshing.

Positive: It could be great, if you have a hire car and don't mind being in a remote location. I don't remember finding such a large bed before. It was quiet because of so few guests, so the pool was usually available, and the table tennis table. The WiFi was ok. The nearest beach is only about 10 minutes walk away.
Negative: Rather like some lodgings I tried in Istanbul, management weren't interested in dealing with maintenance issues. The 'kithen' was the tiny space under the external steps to the upper floors, no light except for the 'hood' above the 2 ring hotplate. I had to use my own extension lead, for the kettle and hob. The socket behind the tap seemed unsafe. A shortage of cutlery, crockery and cooking untensils. Pans needed replacing, and lids provided. The cable for the fridge was through a cupboard door! None of the knives could even cut a tomato! The table was too small, and obstructed the small TV (which only had channels from Turksat). There was only one small cushion to improve the comfort of the chairs. I discovered that there was a second power socket and light switch on the side of the bed nearest the window, but they were inacessible behind the headboard. It wasn't possible to open the wardrobe doors, or use the second 'bedside' unit next to the bed. Refer to the photos, to see the problems in the bathroom... The covered outside area near the pool, was unfinished - cables not connected to fittings.. One knife was provided, that was able to cut food. The main excuse for lack of maintenence was the "end of a busy season", nothing was offered as compenstation for our disappointment. Therefore I considered the apartment overpriced.
Summary: The lack of attention to details ruins the "Superior" claim...

Positive: Lovely clean apartment in quiet place, matches the photo. Quite a big room. Nice owner. Location is near the beach. I really like the apartment 😊
Negative: Location is a bit far from Fethyie center, but it’s near the sea. Keep in mind that the restaurants on the beach are not of high quality, it’s better to go to the city center and grab some food there.
