Positive: We actually arrived very early and they were really nice. Bruno was amazingly great. That's a great offer, and they have the best price. The rooms are really new and big. The location is good and it is really close to the supermarkets and they have a nice restaurant just down stairs. Amazing experience.

Positive: Great location walking distance from the castle with ample parking. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food and generous portions.
Negative: The communication about how to check in and check out could have been clearer. The staff responded quickly to messages we sent since we didn't know what to do.
Summary: Great location near the castle, comfortable room, and a good value overall.

Positive: The room was beautiful, everything was new and spotless, and it felt luxurious.
Negative: Checking in was a challenge. I arrived at the time I gave to the hotel, but there was no one there and no door code had been sent for me to get in. I ended up having to bother their next door neighbor, who found a way to let me in. Apparently I arrived on the managers' day off, and they had left town.

Positive: Location only 5 minute walk to town. Free parking. Reasonable price to stay. Large balcony.
Negative: We felt the owner wasn't very engaged. We arrived on a Sunday and stayed until Tuesday. We arrived at 12.30 and there was nobody around despite us ringing the owners door bell. We came back at 4, and the owner was there. He said Sunday and Monday was his day off but if the hotel is open somebody should be available, I think. The room wasn't very clean but the patio area and table in particukar was really dirty. The next day we asked for it to be cleaned, which was done by the time we returned.

Positive: We stayed for only one night as we were on our way to Lisbon. Good value for money. Parking available, 800 mètres walk to old city of Óbidos. Very friendly staff (Thomas) Clean I had no breakfast in the room rate and though other people, in their reviews, mentioned noisy from the neighboring restaurant, when we were there, it was closed, so no noise.
Negative: Sometimes there is a smell of sewers in the room
