Positive: The hotel faces on to a bustling street, but my room was quiet and peaceful. The reception staff and house staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: I couldn't work out how to use the television, but it was not something I missed.

Summary: Pleasant enough, I felt as though I was a welcome guest.
