Positive: Front desk staff were helpful and stored our luggage. It was clean and location was very good. Hot showers!

Negative: The noise at night from inside the building. Kid living there squealing until 11-12 pm both nights. Then the noise starts again at 4am. The internal staircase makes all noises echo.

Summary: Good value for the price, but not for light sleepers.

Positive: Breakfast was good and comfortable beds. Staff stored our luggage as we had a day trip to Machu Picchu, they also provided us some tips on where to go, etc.

Positive: The breakfast was really good, with a good buffet variety and when we woke up early for Machu Picchu they left us a bag out each with some breakfast to take on the go. The receptionist was really lovely and the hotel was well located and clean and cozy.

Negative: THe fact that they asked more money than booking. Saying that we needed to pay taxes and more taxes... The employee was quite rude. And the breakfast was on the hotel in front, with poor choices.
