Positive: Management and cleaners were very friendly and helpful towards me. 4 dollar washing machine is good for the price. Everyone I met there were very friendly.

Negative: As the property was an older establishment, there is a lot of maintenance and cleaning to do. The pool and bbq area isn't in service which was one of the reasons the family wanted to stay there.

Positive: It allowed pets, had a fridge and freezer, and the location was perfect for me and my dogs.

Negative: No microwave, no dishes or cutlery for use. Air conditioner was loud and ancient, but cool enough, just couldn't sleep with it on. No additional pillows, choice of high and hard or low, and barely stuffed.

Summary: Worth less for what you get. Pets allowed!!!
