Positive: Good view, dog friendly with a fenced yard
Negative: Bedrooms are clean enough, but the rest of the property is fairly average. Found used wet wipes, used soap, and dog poop, which I assume were left by the previous tenants. Cockroach and fake eye lashes in the bath room drawer. By the way, no kitchen paper either.
Summary: Good view, handy location, but needs a good clean.

Positive: The view of the inlet was exceptional. The house was comfortable, had all the conveniences and had a cozy atmosphere. I also loved the excellent selection of books and the DVDs. My two small dogs also loved exploring the backyard.

Positive: The peacefulness and view was outstanding, the place was very clean and had more than I expected from it, there was a great little back yard for the dog, bed was comfortable and plenty of supplies. Was surprised with a tub of icecream and bicycles in the freezer.

Positive: The location and water view. It was chilly but a lovely gas fire in the lounge room that heated up the whole house. Nice local walks.
Negative: The back yard was a mess, its quite small but enclosed. the side and front gardens are better but not pet friendly. The house is unrenovated but comfortable and needs a really good clean. The bedding is old and not appealing. The beds were OK but nothing great. The general feel was dated and grubby.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay Excellent view of the inlet very convenient spot to be we definitely come back and stay again next time we are in Narooma
Negative: The real estate wasn’t helpful had problem getting the key also they were taking their time to answer any questions we had need improvement on their communication
