Summary: Our stay was wonderful. We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, bed and sheets were clean. We were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is my was dinged in the parking garage. ( I can’t proof that it was them, but it couldn’t have happened anyway else). But I did have a very pleasant stay here. And breakfast was very good also.

Summary: WE arrived and everything was spot-on. The valet service for our car rental was excellent. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The in Room "Alexa" was extremely useful. The doorman who showed us to our room and pointed out the kitchenette and the umbrella demonstrated excellent service. The complimentary breakfast Mon-Friday was excellent. And when we checked out at 11:30 on our last day, everything was excellent. Here is what needs to be improved IN THE BATHROOM. There needs to be toilet replacement for water conservation. The pressure was weak. When we "held" the lever, it would stay and not revert back, so the toilet ran. SHOWER: For water temperature safety, the faucet for the tub needs to be replaced. The spinning dial results in water that can be too hot. The slope of the tub did not allow all water to drain, so there was a "stain" of old water near the back. Some of the tile looked dirty, but wasn't. We loved the sewing kit with q-tips and nail file. We want to come back to this hotel in June 2027 for USMMA graduation.

Summary: This is quite possibly the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were beyond friendly. Parking was great and safe! There were lots of options for food. There were many guests when I stayed and it was quiet. If you are reading this review, you’ll want to stay here! I’m still in awe of how awesome this place was!

Summary: 1-International flight was canceled and notified hotel, in advance, that I would arrive next day. Because I prepaid, the hotel informed me I wouldn’t receive a refund even though I had an extended stay. 2-I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but found this property run down, dinghy, dark, smelly, and needed extreme repair. Toilet seat and faucet handles were broken. The shower head was terrible and also couldn’t be adjusted which made the water come out super hard. There were holes in the wall and wallpaper’s where they replaced a hair dryer that wouldn’t stay in the cradle. The sitting chairs were old and sunken. The bathrobes supplied looked dirty and worn and unwashed. The worst was that the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep.

Summary: Room was in ok condition. The bathroom could use updating. However the hear was an on going issue, too cold, then too hot. They sent up a space heater but this was not our expectation.

Summary: I enjoy the beauty of the night sky on the balcony. I am enjoying the great people and services so far so good this is my second time here. My dad is in the hospital in north shore hospital and I stay here when I’m in town. Love the food and the service.
