Positive: The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was large, comfortable and had great views. The staff was lovely and helpful. A great place to eat was a 10 minute walk. The only drawback was some very loud construction work down the road that started at 5 am and continued past 10 pm. Not the fault of the hotel and, I assume, it will eventually finish.

Negative: See note above about construction noise

Positive: Excellent breakfast, so many options for the breakfast and very tasty Close to the metro station (around 5 mins walking)

Negative: About 20 mins walking to wangfujing pedestrian street. Staff can't speak English.

Positive: Big room and clean. The staff friendly. The area is very nice and close to the underground stop.

Negative: Not everyone can speak English, mostly when you order food from the room service, they should put someone who can speak English for a better service. Wifi is not good.

Positive: Stay was very comfortable, a kilometre walk to the wangfujing street, next to a subway station. Staff were polite and courteous , they had upgraded us to a suite room, which was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent , a large spread!!! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms , enjoyed the stay..

Positive: Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Inner Mongolia Grand Hotel! The registration desk employee helped us buy tickets to the National Centre for the performing arts. The concierge service staffer ordered us food delivery. We couldn't have done it without their help with no knowledge of Chinese and no local phone number. Breakfast was good, with both local cuisine and many familiar options for Europeans.The hotel delivery robot was fun to watch and interact with. The subway station is only 5 minutes away.

Negative: It was a bit cool in the room, but the heater is available
