Positive: We had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. It was very comfortable and cosy. It has everything you need to make it a home away from home. Our trip was to find wild swimming spots and the location was central.to explore from. Nicola ensured everything was perfect for our stay.

Positive: When we arrived, the heating was on a timer, so it was nice and warm as we were cold after being out all day at the equestrian centre. It was very clean and had everything we needed . There was even Netflix on the telly .

Positive: Hosts were very prompt in responding when the booking was made and kept in regular contact prior to my arrival. Once I arrived at the accommodation, they were welcoming and extremely friendly and kept in contact during our stay which was reassuring. Location was rural and quiet and some members of my family went to a camp in Cavan Water Activity Centre which is a two minute walk away. There is a ramp to access the side door and a bathroom to accommodate less mobile guests which met the needs of one of our group.
Summary: Very pleasant and location was suitable for our needs.

Positive: In a peaceful and beautiful location, the farmhouse is comfortable and well equipped. There are towels, all the kitchen utensils you need and a big fridge/freezer. There are clear instructions on how everything works and local info etc.. We slept very well on the comfortable beds as it was so peaceful. The living room is bright and spacious - even when it’s raining, there’s a lot of light and you can watch the sun set in the evenings from the sofa! There is plenty of parking just outside the cottage and the host’s house is nearby however the cottage had its own little back garden and outdoor picnic table which made it feel self contained and private. We went for little walks nearby in the evening down to the lough and the Cavan Adventure Centre is just opposite. The host was always quick to answer, very helpful and we had exact directions with the postcode she gave us.
Negative: Nothing, we loved it!

Positive: Beautiful farm house in a wonderful setting. Paradise when the weather is good. We hit a rainy wet weekend so could not make use of all the great activities around the farm.
