Positive: The price was cheap enough. The staff very courteous.

Negative: The place is in desperate need of repair. The shower is designed for people 5'6" or less. The water was the color of milk. It had a a strange odor and dust on the furniture. The towels were rough and only enough for one person. The location is out in farmland. I can't say I would stay here again.

Summary: Cheap and better than sleeping outdoors.

Positive: The price and location..the mini fridge and microwave was clean.. the beds were kinda comfortable..

Negative: The cleanliness was sorta poor.. the dresser drawers were dirty.. and the floor/carpet needs a good cleaning.. there was no hair dryer.. only 2 towels for 2 beds.. it should of been 4 towels (2 towels per bed).. our 2 towels were replaced with clean towels each day..but our beds were no not made

Negative: Some of the showers are low pressure. Plus there's no outlet by the "bathroom" sink, can't charge my clippers, or use a hair dryer.

Positive: Check in and check out process was very easy. Location is very easy and convenient. The room had all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. I have stood here twice and both times were satisfactory.
