Summary: Chaotic check-in that took far too long. On top of that, they only had 3 rooms ready even though the booking was for 4. Dirty bathroom, a sewer smell in room 135, and an air conditioner with a mind of its own in room 127. Service at the bar was also very slow. Melia Hotel in Alicante has a much higher standard in every respect, so the top executives in the Melia chain should really take note. Will never return.

Summary: After check in went to the room, clean, nicely decorated and spacious. All amenities available. Perfect for my cycling trip. Breakfast was with a lot of choices

Summary: Room was great, staff were nice, very close to the beach, pool was small, the only thing i didn’t like was the area around the hotel, I would have preferred a quieter and more relaxed environment.

Summary: The hotel itself was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and practical with facilities like the pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with lots of options. However, to be clear this is an extremely family and kid oriented hotel. You wouldn’t expect this from looking at it, however even off peak, it was packed with young children and families. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and be in a quiet environment then I would not recommend. Staff in hotel were quite helpful but the staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were extremely unhelpful, cold and inattentive at all times of the day. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Alcudia area but just be aware it is very much for young kids and families.

Summary: Cannot fault the hotel, absolutely 10/10 customer service, facilities, food. Sea view room was magnificent!! Would highly recommend. Thank you Melia for an amazing experience, we will definitely be returning!
