Summary: Very good service. The receptionist spoke very good English. They also helped us to book the private transfer from Palma airport to the hotel as per our request, it costs €34. They have welcome lolly pop and free tap water in the reception. The location is close to some pub, can easily get the food around. It is close to the big bus terminal, it's around 10 min walk, those buses can go to long journey e.g. Soller/ Pollenca etc . Private transfer from hotel to Alcudia is €110. Around 15-20 mins walk to cathedral, if it's not too hot, it is fine. Breakfast Hotel breakfast is around €42.5 for 2 adults and 1 child, baby is free. Buffet style breakfast is good. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. They have English breakfast, smoked salmon and Parma ham etc, plenty of choice Swimming pool They have 2 swimming pools. 1 at the top floor which is free. Good view and comfortable. 1 is at the basement which is €10 per person and booking is required. Sun bed is charged, it will be better if it can be free of charge with just booking required. Hotel room 8 free drinks a day. They refilled the drinks in the fridge everyday. They included 2 coke, 4 beer and 2 sparkling water The room is so clean. Bed is so comfortable and big enough for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Cot bed and sofa bed are clean too. They provide 2 pairs of sleepers which are comfortable too. Shower is good. Hot and cold water, no issues. Toiletries are normal.

Summary: Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal.
