Positive: A beautiful location in one of their best rooms with mounctain views down the valley. The spa facilities were excellent and we chose to have a massage which was an excellent decision. It’s possible to walk from the door but fantastic public transport which made exploring easy. The fish cookery was excellent.

Negative: We had the impression that the hotel was a bit short staffed. Little things like needing to find someone’s attention to order a drink and finding someone to replenish cereals etc at breakfast. But none of this spoiled our stay.

Summary: A beautiful location and good comfortable accommodation. Nice to be looked after!

Positive: The things we loved the most were the view (you must pay attention when choosing your room as not all rooms have the view), the food(fantastic food really) and the swimming pool.

Negative: The pool hours for kids are limited, the kids must skip skiing if they want to enjoy the pool. The use of the sauna is not easy, you must book in advance. Simple drinks like tea or coffee is paid for the dinner. It’s not very expensive but annoying.
