Negative: It is near to a motorway where on occasions I can imagine noise might be an issue to some, but not to myself or anyone else in our party.

Positive: We had a really lovely stay! The place was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed for a few days away with children over half term. The pool was great and the location was well placed for trips out to Silverdale and Lancaster. Communication with the owner was also excellent!

Positive: A really spacious and extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook. A fantastic touch was the Christmas tree and other decorations. The owner had been earlier and put heating on so it was very comfortable when we arrived.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.
