Positive: The location is really great if you're planning to go to the beach (in the morning and afternoon), and want to eat great local food (there were plenty of great restaurants near the beach, en route from the hotel to the beach). The pool water was very warm (29-30º, a bit too much for me, but "perfect" according to my wife and daughter). The beach water was very clear and around 27-28º on the first few days, then "cooled" to 25-26 and got murkier, as the weekend brought a lot more people. The pool bar had very good food, and the breakfast buffet had many options.
Negative: The Wi-Fi in the room was consistently erratic and most times just plain out didn't work. We complained for the first few days, but nothing changed. We could get it decently in common areas, though. While the buffet had many options, it didn't have a lot of variety, if that makes sense (lots of very similar options). The room's phones didn't work for the first two days, and we weren't informed about where the extra bed was or how to "open it" (we had to go back to the reception to get a solution for these two problems). The staff was really 4-star-level quality. For example, they never offered to take our luggage, which is something I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. It would've been helpful because my wife and daughter couldn't carry it, so I had to carry it all by myself. Another example, the staff was frequently missing from the pool areas (not just the hotel, but also in the rest of the resort), which made for awkward "runs" around the location to try and find someone to help. A final exemple to avoid getting too long about it, except for the pool bar staff, the rest were frequently unhelpful, in simple things like asking where the ice, lemons, or bathrooms were, they'd give convoluted directions instead of showing the way, and we'd frequently have to ask more than one person for the same thing. The laundry service was really slow and subpar. Ironing was very poorly done. Finally, one of the days we were tired and wanted to eat in the hotel's restaurant, but they offered us €80 per person (including our 7-year old daughter) for a single buffet meal. We frequently ate for less than €80 in the nearby restaurants. That was surprising, to say the least.
Summary: Great location, good hotel, but not really 5-star quality.

Positive: Really comfortable well set up apartments in beautiful location. We went with a 2 year old, the water park and all Amenities are really set up for kids. Staff friendly and manage the resort well. All in walking distance, dinner, beach, activities.
Negative: If you aren’t all inclusive the food prices are really high.

Positive: Beautiful setting. Beautiful large suite which was very comfortable and homely. Very large balcony with great view. Lovely food freshly cooked. Very handy for two supermarkets and a number of restaurants if needed.
Negative: Pool was freezing! Drinks very pricey.
Summary: Fantastic 6 day break for silver wedding in a great location with lovely staff and food.
