Summary: The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best

Summary: There’s no kettle / coffee majer or iron in business rooms. Why do I have to go to lobby for just a coffee or to iron in front of all guests?

Summary: Clean, modern rooms. Easy digital check-in. Please be aware that the hotel only has ~14 parking lots, all of which typically are occupied. As such, guests should expect to pay for parking separately at a garage some 4 minutes away (15 euro a night). I would recommend the hotel to communicate the lack of parking spots much more clearly (I used the “parking”-filter at hotels.com to find the hotel, so I was very disappointed with the lack of parking)

Summary: Easy check in, comfortable rooms while the hotel is conveniently located: everything in Hildesheim can be reached within minutes by walking around, hotel ist justa few steps away from main train station
