Summary: Excellent hotel and service. Tsuki Suite with Excecutive Lounge access was great. Service in the lounge amazing with Raphael on top!

Summary: Amazing hotel, great pool. We stayed in the Mini suite with our family (2 kids) and the lounge access and breakfast were great for our purposes.

Summary: I stayed here in 2018; recent renovations are wonderful. I splurged on a club lounge level room (34th floor) this time and it was worth it. I’ve stayed in many areas of the city on several trips. This hotel is a quick enough walk to Roppongi, train stations, and a Starbucks Roastery (next building). Taxis are also always there. I didn’t go in the pool: too many kids this time of year. For others, this would be a benefit. The only negative is that the hotel is huge and has a conference center feel.

Summary: Customer service and attention to detail is always top notch. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean, and super comfortable. They were quick to deliver my bags and anything else I would request. I wish I would have stayed here longer.

Summary: The room was comfortable, clean, bright, and the bathroom was excellent, with a relaxing bathtub and great water pressure in the shower — perfect after long days exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the metro was easily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, we didn’t love the neighborhood. We were on our honeymoon and felt that the area was mainly a business district, with high-end stores but not much else to do nearby. It lacked that vibrant, local energy we found in other parts of Tokyo — like Ebisu, for example, which felt much more lively and authentic. In short, we loved the hotel itself, but wouldn’t stay again just because of the location. For business trips, it might be a great fit. But for leisure travelers, we’d recommend looking into more dynamic areas of the city.

Summary: Wonderful buffet breakfast; great Filipino staff in the dining room. A bit of a mishap with room - the air conditioning in our room wasn’t functioning. Took one day for them to move us to another room. At $500+ a night, our expectations is that AC should work.

Summary: This was an amazing stay, our family really enjoyed it. The hotel was super accommodative with the bed situation bringing in a rollaway at no cost when we needed a 3rd bed. We stayed in a really affordable suite that allowed us access to the lounge (which included a cool daily afternoon tea experience and happy hour) and the daily breakfast buffet (which was an amazing spread and we don’t normally like buffets) for free. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time we can make it back to Tokyo.
