Summary: No rooms when checking in. Top location and all the potential of a 5-star hotel, but the service and handling of families with young children bring it down to a 3-star experience. The staff were friendly.

Summary: Cool location and rooms are nice but I’ve never stayed somewhere that you have to book your pool time and you’re limited to an hour, and you pay a fee beyond that. The pool is on the 43rd floor so if you’re afraid of heights you may not use it anyway. We did not as some of our family were nervous with the height. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a great view of the palace and a window that opened which was nice for a breeze. Parking is expensive but we noticed it’s that way everywhere in the big cities in Poland.

Summary: The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to most places one would want to see. It is also very close to the railway station and a big mall. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and what I most appreciate is the soundproofing. The rooms are really quiet. However, this time I noticed signs of wear and tear, especially when it came to bathroom sink faucets. I seem to remember having face towels there previously, which were absent this time. Having said all that, I will definitely stay there during my next visit to Warsaw.

Summary: Great location, it is right across the street from the Palace of Science and Culture. Breakfast was amazing! The concierge and the door men were very helpful. It was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.
