Summary: The landscaping was just ‘ Insta worthy’! So private and secluded and beautiful. My advise is to rent a golf cart or bikes (we preferred the golf cart).

Summary: The house is beautiful and perfectly located, close to town/restaurants and the beach, which is exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for my husband and me and one adult son. As noted in previous reviews, the two king-size bedded rooms share a bathroom, which may not work for everyone and the third bedroom which has two twin beds would only work for young kids. The owner provided clear instructions which made check in/out very easy and was very responsive. Lovely pool and the owners had it cleaned an extra time during the week as there were a lot of leaves dropping from a few trees. Swinton can be a bit noisy as it's a main thoroughfare, but it didn't bother us. Well equipped house, with plenty of towels, beach chairs to use, etc.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in this home. The space is beautiful with modern furnishings, new kitchen, and gorgeous outdoors and landscaping. Everything was perfect and we did not want to leave! Erin and Greg were great and we appreciated their willingness to share their elegant home. A great experience.

Summary: Erin was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. . The House was very clean and modern. We enjoyed the backyard and pool. We could not have asked for a better location. 5 minutes away from Atlantic Ave, with great restaurants. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily

Summary: The outside lanai was perfect for morning coffee and end of evening drinks. The only drawback was the jack and jill bathroom shared by the two master bedrooms. If you had two couples sharing a bathroom is not perfect. Overall we loved the house and the owners were quick to respond to any problems.

Summary: We had a wonderful family Christmas at this lovely home. We were able to enjoy the outside dining area for all of our meals. Morning coffee and late afternoon drinks on the outside area was a delight. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with all of the family. The beds were very comfortable and the lines and towels great quality. The large sliding doors bring the outside in and really made the vacation special. Erin was great to work with and her special touches are evident throughout the home. We love the area so much we will be moving to Delray this winter.
