Positive: Location was good, not too close to the center to hear the noise and not too far to walk. The view was very nice. And the breakfast buffet included some yummy mini pancakes with lots of fruit options and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Negative: They charge a 5% fee despite the listing showing there are no booking or credit card fees. When offering to pay in cash in soles, we were told there was a ‘local exchange rate’ which was even more expensive. This means the price you see on Booking.com is 5% higher or more.

Negative: NO HOT WATER, we booked two bedrooms with my family and I didn’t have hit water at night and my dad in the morning in the other bedroom. Service in the check in was rude and disappointed when I wanted to pay with card, they didn’t offer to help with bags. Breakfast was really cold, even water for coffee was cold, fruits were rotten.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. Viewing gallery attached to room had an amazing view of the ruins and mountains.
Negative: You can't get dropped off outside by car so we had to haul our suitcases up stairs and cobbles to reach hotel. The room was very basic and compared to other places we stayed in Peru, this was less good value for what you got.

Positive: Incredibly helpful staff! Super comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and excellent location. They helped arrange a tuk tuk to take our luggage to the main square, when leaving and ensured the price was fair. Excellent stay!

Positive: The staff were really nice, very accommodating. We felt just like home. We had amazing breakfast. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the staff offered us other rooms to compensate. And we highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely beautiful, and beautiful view also from the terrace. Great vibes from front desk worker Mefi :)
