Positive: The view is amaaaaazing . Sea view rooms are the best . Room service stuff are very clever . The food was tasty . All the stuff is very helpful, except the receptionist girl "morning shift " Rooms are comfortable. Toilets are very clean . Very near to the center . You will enjooooy your stay . It worth every single dollar. Recommended 👌🏼👌🏼
Negative: Receptionist girl should be more helpful and stop faking her smiles . There were a lamp didn't work and I asked for fixing it with no response in return.

Positive: The hotel is in a great location and has parking. Ebrar, the girl at the reception, was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience.
Negative: The only downside is that a late check-out is not allowed.

Positive: Leaving early the following morning, being on the main road, this was relatively easy, though traffic in the area is horrendous 24/7.
Negative: Breakfast didn't start early enough for us to try it and there was no option to order a small takeaway coffee and cake for example, we tried and were told no. The hotel is on a main road and parking is in an unsafe area in the middle of a dual carriageway. Of how whole trip this was the worst night / place we stayed in 6 weeks of travelling.
Summary: Noisy, inflexible, find somewhere nicer, not good value for money.

Negative: Vey very cheap quality breakfast we don’t eat at all. Hotel dont have Lundary facility Some of the staffs in reception are vey roud but some are very nice such as Mr. Farooq &Aish Noor

The hotel is also situated along the main Trabzon coastal road, offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea. The reception was warm and professional from the very first moment. Mr. Furkan kindly upgraded my room to match my preferences, which I truly appreciated. The hotel’s cleanliness is remarkable and clearly reflects great attention to detail. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor lounge overlooking the Black Sea, with a good and varied menu that makes for a perfect start to the day. This is my third time booking the same hotel, and every visit maintains the same high standards of service. During this stay, the courteous Engen helped me extend my reservation with a wonderful discount. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff, with special appreciation to Mr. Ahmet from customer service for his attentive care to all guests’ needs, and to the lady in charge of housekeeping for her excellent work.
