Summary: We had really wonderful days there! We mad a lot of daytrips for instance to Assisi, Urbino, San Marine and of course to the beach. Thanks a lot to Fabio and his team for the warm welcome and the the wine :-) There is a well kept garden, pool, playground for kids and all the necessary shops in the near surroundings. Really a nice place to spent the holidays.

Summary: Yes I advise these appartments for family, friends ... and I should go back too - near the beach (5 minutes with bike) - near the mall (2 minutes with car) - visit San Marino 80km - visit Urbino 65km - visit Mondavio 25km - many good restaurants in the village, with a.o. fish specialities - marvelous pool - children games - calm environment - practical pergola - very kind ladies for check-in, out & services (multilingual) - good wifi in the whole property - very practical huge laundry. - complete kitchen with coffee machine Little improvement infos: It would be cool to have salt, pepper, olive oil, tray & cleaning rag in the kitchen. More towel hangers in the bathroom would be perfect. A fast cleaning of the common parts (pergola, stairs) would be useful thuesday or wednesday 2 organic trash bags is not enough for a week Info: - no airconditioning (no real need) - no dishwasher (go eat in the village ;-) ) Do not forget to book restaurants for saturday evening.
