Positive: Hotel is really good, managed by The Ferns. Room was not very spacious (the one I booked) but comfortable for a couple to stay at night. Good parking space. Staff is good and helpful. I believe it is very good option for business travellers .
Negative: Overall stay was really good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Few observations as below. 1. Typical Fern feel is not there on entrance. The entrance is on backside of V-Mart and reception is kind-a makeshift arrangement on 2nd floor. May be they are planning to add ground and 1st floor and at that time they can make better reception. But as of now it doesn't give The Fern feel. 2. A strange smell was coming in from Bathroom window. May be because it is Industrial area and there may be some polluting plant is around. 3. The location is just outside the Industrial area. So on this side of road, it is Industrial area and other side of road is residential area.
