Summary: Shower was terrible, microwave wasn’t clean, when booking it says baby crib available but they don’t have any, the lighting in the room was TERRIBLE we were pretty much in the dark the whole stay and the cereal was stale both days we were there. The cleaners were super friendly oh and they don’t tell you you have to pay an extra deposit outside of booking which is $50-200 it’s supposed to be refundable still haven’t received my money back

Summary: The room was clean. The staff was very polite and professional. There was plenty of parking. The location is very close to the Savannah River waterfront. There are plenty of daily-use businesses nearby.

Summary: Overall good stay. We didn't have a TV for the first night and our room was right by the elevator so there was noise from that, but overall good location and good hotel. Only stayed 2 nights.

Summary: This is my third day at Iris and I find it easy to get in and out of and I feel safe there. The only thing that I find to be frustrating is that none of the vending machine seem to work or if they do work they always seem to be empty. Staff has always been very friendly and willing to accommodate anyway they can. It’s 13 minutes from the hotel to the historic District of Savannah!

Summary: Lola was phenomenal and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable with good drainage from the plumbing and excellent water pressure. Easy to check in and check out!

Summary: Run down....floors scuffed, carpets torn, bathtubs peeling and dirty. Walls are paper thin, rooms are small, beds are poor, and place smells. Free breakfast is a joke....ghetto .
