Positive: Fantastic view, dog friendly, warm during the winter time, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, very kind owner who offered sweets, coffee , tea and drinkable water.
Negative: There is a fireplace but it is not available.

Positive: The accommodation was wonderful and felt typically Greek with the windows and shutters, they were even mosquito blinds at evdry window. The views from every window were breathtaking.. There was air-conditioning in the bedrooms which made sleeping restful. The towels and bedding was clean and fresh. The owner was available to answer any questions and even ptovided beach towels 😊
Negative: There wasn't an awful lot of pans for cooking but to be fair, we didn't really need them for the few days we were there. The one thing to think about if you do stay and want to explore the Island is you need to hide a car or get Taxis. We waited for about an hour and s half to get one, so we hired a car whuch was relatively cheap at £50 per day.

Positive: The apartment is in an excellent location (a 2-minute walk from a small but lovely beach, amazing sea views from all the windows in the house) and very spacious. The owners were incredibly hospitable and kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us (thank you!). They were also super responsive. Dislikes: the wifi signal is perhaps not great (we could only seem to get a good signal in the living room), but that's a minor issue. When we arrived, the apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really liked the place and the location!

Positive: The location was great, about a 15 minute drive from the Aegina Port. This home was very nice and had a great ocean view. The hosts were great and very helpful with the checkin process. I highly recommend this property!

Positive: The apartment is big and has a very nice terrace. Location is great, very close to the port where you can find several restaurants, bakery, small supermarket and a pharmacy. It’s very quiet (like the entire Souvala).
Negative: The apartment should have been cleaner upon our arrival. But the landlord offered a cleaning service during our stay. It would be nice if there were more utensils in the kitchen.
Summary: Nice spacious apartment located close to the Souvala port.

Positive: it is a lovely Greek authentic house in a beautiful location, the owner Lukas is an extremely nice person, who offers his assistance with a very wide heart despite the fact that he speaks only Greek. Our welcome included water, wine and fruits, it was so nice to begin our vacation in Aegina this way. The house is built fantastically in matters of view, you can see from all the windows an amazing view of different sides of the sea, from within the house and from each room's balcony. our bedroom faced west so that we were lucky to watch amazing sunsets. The house has a short walking trail that takes you in less than two minutes to an amazing beautiful secret beach bay with crystal clear water, it was a true hidden gem, wow! The location of this wonderful house is very close to Souvala port which makes it very easy to grab groceries, arrive from the ferry and to have multiple choices for a great Greek dinner.
Negative: we loved our stay!!! the only two things i have in mind is that the living room is a little hot at night (only fan as oppose to the rooms) and weak (free) wifi. but other that that... we had a wonderful time.
Summary: a wonderful Greek authentic house next to a beautiful hidden bay, nicest hosts! special vacation.
