Positive: The location just outside the old town is great. Any bolt can get you there in 10 mins. The view from the hotel was amazing. Breakfast great. Room really clean. Reception answer in minutes. Everything you ask for in hotel.
Negative: I dont like indoor pools anywhere so dodnt like theirs as well, but didnt care. It not about the pool.

Positive: A relatively well situated hotel within 20 minutes walking distance from Freedom's Square. Super breakfast, great heated internal swimming pool, nice rooms with balcony and view to the city.
Negative: However the people in reception should be more trained in terms of real hospitality and welcoming their guests.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty, although the menu did not change during our stay (5 nights). The room had everything necessary, and in fact it included everything shown in the photos, but I had mixed feelings: in reality it looked much less cozy and attractive than in the pictures.
Negative: The glass partition in the bathroom did not protect from water at all, so the floor was constantly wet. When we checked in, there was no bath mat, and it was only brought the next day after cleaning. There was also some trash left in the bathroom from previous guests, which was never removed — it might still be there. In addition, the view was over slums, and instead of a real balcony the room had more of a loggia, which did not match my expectations based on the photos.
