Summary: We stayed here when our niece graduated from Tarleton. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable. Our hosts were lovely and’s I wish we could’ve stayed a little longer. I definitely recommend staying here and I will again if we are ever in the area.

Summary: Exceeded expectations. Very neat, cute, and host met us in the driveway. Much appreciated for the gracious hospitality of snacks, cold drinks, fresh oranges and the beauty of the rooms reflecting care, consideration and love for this place.

Summary: This is a stay in an authentic Victorian house with all of the Texas flavor to go with it. I enjoyed my evening and would stay again any time I am in that part of Texas. It is a charming small town with other lovely Victorian houses and Granny Clark’s Restaurant.
