Negative: Wood logs for fireplace were too wet to be used properly as it’s stored outside. Had to go out to buy kindling to be able to get the logs going. Bed upstairs and sofa bed very hard and uncomfortable. Knives need to be sharpened and would be good if a better can opener was purchased. Lots of spiders, dangerous for kids. Pest control needed.
