Summary: Really cute place, super nice showers. Just be aware if you travel in the summer there is no AC in the room!

Summary: If you're style is sleek, polished and ultra-modern, this is not a property you're going to enjoy. However, if you're looking for more of a wild west, creaky, rustic property (with modern bathroom upgrades, WiFi, and televisions, of course), this is the perfect place for you. The interior decor is a pleasing blend of Arts & Crafts, and log cabin styles that really suites the Chama "steam train" atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally attentive and very friendly. If you're looking for a room near the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railway, the property is literally across the street from the depot. If was an awesome experience to just sit on the hotel balcony and watch the steam locomotive moving about the rail yard. So, what are the negatives to staying here, you ask? Easy question to answer: There are none.

Summary: The room was immaculate, the towels were plentiful and plush, the food is excellent, the vibe is friendly and laid back even when extremely busy, and the service was genuinely friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.
