Summary: The chalet has mostly everything you need. Customer service is pretty much non-existent. There’s phone numbers and email addresses everywhere but they NEVER answer or return your calls or email. If you expect passes to the hot springs (cause it says they’re included in your stay) just forget about them. There’s non in the chalet and they DO NOT respond to any questions about them.

Summary: The chalet is wonderful! Great accommodations for our large group. Large kitchen with mostly everything needed. I was a bit disappointed that no one confirmed with us on arrival day that everything was ok- if they had I would have been able to let them know that the hot spring passes were not left for our group. In the house book there is a number to call if you need assistance- I called and left two messages without ever a call back. Only other way to get ahold of the owner was on the VRBO app, to which I sent a few messages and it wasn’t until I chatted with a VRBO agent twice regarding this that the owner messaged me back- had to rearrange our whole days plans due to this. Aside from that issue, was a great getaway weekend. The pullout couch downstairs does need replacing though, couch was comfier to sleep on than that bed!

Summary: Cabin was a great getaway for our 2 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 1-7. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and we cooked some wonderful meals here. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not operational or repaired during our visit which made for a lot of dishwashing with 9 people. Otherwise it was a great spot!
