Summary: Staff is top notch, very welcoming, receptive to guests needs. Nice little pub and restaurant, great historic feel to the property. Dining options 15 to 30 mins away. Second time staying here.

Summary: We love this place. Have been there 3 times with our dogs. Walking them is so easy there is a large green area just outside or a walkway around the estate, just what you need early morning and bedtime. The staff are great they are professional courteous and friendly. Emma the manageress is a joy and works really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The chef also needs a shout also, the meals are top class.

Summary: Great location, easy to find using SatNav, and attentive staff. The room was decent with a powerful shower and tea/coffee making, comfy bed, decent space with desk & chair. Whilst the carpets on the staircases seem a bit dated, otherwise it was a splendid stay with a cracking good breakfast! And love the peacocks strutting around the grounds!

Summary: Its a beautiful building in a lovely location. The fure alarm went off in the early hours and as there are no staff manning reception,guests were outside in the rain for 45mins. Whilst unusual, i accept, the response needs to be improved. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The spa bath didnt work, and the shower didnt get very warm. The bed though,was really really comfortable.
