Positive: We arrived late at night and the owner let us in with a smile, showing us around and wishing us a good night. Simple Italian breakfast with a very good coffee.

Positive: Great host, really nice place to stay, with three private ensuite rooms and a nice kitchen area. The town is just down the road, with pizza places and a supermarket, and it's an easy drive to Cagliari. The wifi worked well, and the area was really quiet, making for a nice work environment. Note that it's down a small side track from the road (with an off-road parking area), which isn't obvious - we got a bit lost on arrival and ended up next door, but the host came to find us. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: You can only use the kettle and coffee machine during breakfast time, which was an odd limitation. The mattresses were OK, but they are getting lumpy. The breakfast options were mostly different types of chocolate croissants, which I don't personally like. A microwave would have been useful.
