Positive: The staff was very accomodating. They allowed us to check-in early to be able to work from Musanze for the day and also allowed for late check-out to be able to shower quickly after visiting the gorilla's. The breakfast was very nice.
Negative: The fridge in the appartment was not functioning at the time of visit, but the staff was very friendly and stored our cheese in the fridge of the restaurant!

Positive: They have very nice garden and it is quiet there even the streets are quite busy. The staff was very nice and friendly and the lady from reception helped us to arrange our plans to visit the Volcanoes. The breakfast was big and tasty.

Positive: The people working here were friendly and very hospitable. The food in the restaurant was also good. Everyone knows this hotel and it’s easily accessible in Moto.
Negative: Wi-Fi in the room was almost unusable. It works fine in the courtyard and restaurant. The showers were sometimes not hot enough. Breakfast is good but a little more choice would be nice.
Summary: Satisfied with hospitality but Wi-Fi could be improved

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Isange Paradise Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even preparing a delicious picnic lunch for our early trip to the national park. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true getaway. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, great service, and fantastic meals!
Negative: It was hard to leave! The resort is so cozy and welcoming that we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the beautiful atmosphere and amazing food.

Positive: This is the best hotel in all of Rwanda. If you want luxury for the price of a budget hotel, this is the place to be. Its hospitality is par excellence, from the entrance where Coco the receptionist greets you warmly and helps you with every problem you have, to the kitchen staff who is extra attentive. The rooms, aren’t really rooms but large cottages with plenty of outdoor space. I was very comfortable as a single person staying in the largest room I have had so far in all my stays in the country. I would always stay here if I come to Musanze, no matter what the budget - this is best value for money one can have with added warmth and comfort. The service is par excellence. I had to trek in the morning at 7, so the hotel staff prepared breakfast - crepes, toast, coffee for me at 6am and kept it ready on a table decorated with flowers. The entire staff - reception, cleaning, restaurant go out out of their way to be hospitable, it seems like second nature to them. I felt cherished and valued as a customer
Negative: I would say the fact that I can't rate this property 15 instead of 10 as the highest :D
