Positive: he was very polite, helpful and good guy i recomend all of the people tu stay at his apartment there is everything u need with perfect location. the apartment has easy acces to the old tbilisi monuments for example narikala, abanotubani and places like this with beautiful views. everything you need is near to the apartment shops pharmacy and things like that. recomend it 100%

Positive: I stayed in this apartment for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the necessary amenities for a long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good heating, and strong WiFi. The location was excellent convenient. The area felt safe and peaceful. The host nika and his family were very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and everything was well arranged before arrival. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
