Positive: Great location, right of the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Negative: Breakfast was quite basic compared to others. No shuttle to El Nido Town which was 15 minutes away, although staff helped us to hire a scooter

Negative: The Bar needs some TLC. Empty shelves. No staff available when I sat at the bar for 4 to 5 minutes. Great space and revenue opportunity just no one driving it.

Positive: The location, breakfast, staff, the place as a whole... very good.

Negative: I like the place overall. I think they can add a small drying/clothes rack for each room considering all guests go to the beach and soaked clothes are an everyday problem.

Summary: Will definitely be coming back soon. The place is great with helpful staff.

Positive: Very comfortable bed. Fridge in room. Nice big room and balcony

Negative: Breakfast not very good. Wi-Fi didn’t work in room or reception, worked quite good in the restaurant. Not all the staff could speak English. Overpriced compared to other hotels in El Nido
