Positive: The hotel is new and the design is amazing! We felt really good from the first step in the hotel.
Negative: We had a small issue with the room, but the staff fixed it really quickly. There was also another incident where the staff opened our room while we were inside, which made us feel like there was a lack of privacy. However, the Customer Relations Manager spoke with us and resolved the situation professionally.
Summary: The hotel is new and the design is amazing! That’s something that has been missing in Eilat. We really enjoyed our stay!
