Exterior property beautifully landscaped with mature palms and other tropical plants. Large 50+ foot dock for manatee viewing or simply relaxing ( boat dockage not permitted). . Ample space for cars on property. Fish cleaning station, barbecue and washer and dryer also available. Perfect for couples getaway. Centrally located near the restaurants, shops and breweries of both Islamorada and Marathon Keys. Property is located at mile marker 74 in the White Marlin subdivision with access to a private beach. Summary: The unit was under construction outside but that didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of the property. The tiki hut was great. BBQ also great. We saw Manatees every day. They were incredibly close to the dock and appeared quite comfortable with people. Washer/Dryer appeared new and were great to have access to. The private beach was a 3 minute drive and very clean and well maintained. The property manager Tami, lived in the other floor unit. Tami was extremely friendly and helpful. Her recommendations on restaurants were spot on. We received the award winning Key Lime pie we read so much about as a welcome gift. Tami is a fantastic ambassador for this VRBO property. It was great to have Tami so close as one day I did lock the keys in the unit. Oops. The area was very quiet and we found the neighbours to be extremely friendly. We would definitely rebook this property if it is still available in the future.

Summary: This was a wonderful little getaway. We were visiting friends staying at a larger resort but wanted our own place where we could have a more quiet, relaxed getaway, and this was perfect!

Summary: While not fancy or large, the apartment we had was a wonderful oasis and truly enjoyable. On a trip like this. we don't spend much time inside and that is what made this space so great. The outdoor screened porch, the little tropical garden, the dock and the little tiki hut gathering spot were enjoyable. Seeing manatees and boaters was very scenic as well. We rested and relaxed here. Tami was lovely to meet and was ready to help with anything we might need. Those who prefer a larger bed (and a firm one) may prefer another type of accommodation. For us it worked fine. The kitchen also had just enough though I vowed not to cook a meal on this trip, we certainly made breakfast, coffee and snacks here.

Summary: Arrived late afternoon and was greeted by Tami! She oriented us to this gem! More notably she provided us with a homemade key lime pie that was amazing! She left all of her contact info if we needed anything. Islamorada is the perfect middle ground for a Keys adventure. Our accommodations were clean and very comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Summary: Would highly recommend this property and would go back in a heart beat! This hidden gem offered amazing privacy, a beautiful private dock with many amenities, manatee sightings every day and was very well maintained and quiet. The caretaker, Tami was so sweet and always available and provided us with a delicious key lime pie upon arrival. We couldn't have asked for a nicer couple of days away!

Summary: This was the cleanest rental I have ever experienced. The property was neat and well set up. The parking was very spacious. The property manager was friendly. I have stayed in that area two times in the last two years and this one was the best.
