Single Family Beach House: Divided into four units. THIS IS UNIT ONE, ISLAND CLUB 1.
Well-Appointed Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Keurig and drip coffee makers.
Living Area: Open concept to kitchen and dining room. Italian leather, power reclining sectional sofa, 65” smart TV with streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, FUBO). No cable TV.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, 14” memory foam mattress, en suite bathroom, 50” smart TV.
Second Bedroom: Two bunk beds (10” memory foam mattresses), 50” smart TV, sleeps 4.
Bathrooms: Massaging shower heads.
Accessibility: NO STAIRS. Parking for 2 vehicles.
Location: East end of the island, Approximately 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gift shops.
Outdoor Living Space: 300+ sq. ft. covered oceanfront deck.

Summary: Wow, such easy access to the Gulf beach! This nicely appointed unit on the ground floor with its Gulf-side patio is very clean and comfortable. The beach is only steps away! The shared gazebo/tiki hut is a lovely spot to see the sun rise and to dolphin watch. Thanks, Rayna, for sharing your lovely place!
