Positive: The hotel people very nice. Place was really convenient to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed 2 times before a cruise. We need a clean bed and shower and friendly people. Plan on staying again.
Negative: Not really a breakfast. Toast, muffin and coffee. Dry cereal milk and orange juice. Enough to get the day started.

Positive: The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean.
Negative: The whole place is a little care worn and needs some real investment. The pictures on the Booking website must’ve been taken some years ago because the whole place looks like it could do with a real tidy up. The grass was untended and patchy and my sons did not want to use the pool. Breakfast was provided but this is in a pretty unwelcoming room with only a couple of options. Putting a radio in there with a local station on would’ve helped a bit maybe.

Positive: The bed and shower are great, but the bathroom had hair on the floor and I didn't find the bathtub very clean! The pool was very good, but it was very neglected, the Coca-Cola machine was very old and rusty, I didn't have the courage to buy anything from it! The breakfast was very weak!!! It's worth it for just one day because it's cheap, and the rest was all ok.
Negative: I think they should improve the corridor and remove the Coca-Cola machines because they are old and I don't know if they are reliable, even for buying water. the room cleaning could also be improved

Positive: The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The location is fair, the pool is a nice touch, the complimentary breakfast, and the laundry on site.
