Positive: 3 balconies 2 are beachfront 1 is harbor view. Beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Chairs on balconies are too low to enjoy the views because you're looking through the balcony railing bars when seated. Counter or bar height seating would be a great improvement

Positive: pretty much everything. walk to ocean, pool, basketball, pickleball. view was great of the ocean. next time i will book 2 bedroom, 2 bath. i missed the 2 bath but it was not a problem. all the utensils needed were in room. the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven along with toaster etc. all came in handy.
Negative: fold out couch was uncomfortable for sleeping. second bedroom had a closet but no shelves. lack of towels, but we overcame that.
Summary: better than expected. everyone had a wonderful time. would recommend for couples as well as families

Positive: Excellent location away from the tourist hotels and beaches. Property staff are very professional, friendly and available for any questions. Excellent view of the beach from the balcony. Property seemed secure and safe. The unit (room) itself was very clean and provided basic kitchen and bath supplies. Bedding was clean and bed was firm. AC worked wonderfully.
Negative: Our unit itself could have fit in a sofa/love seat/chair and coffee table (to watch tv) but did not. The dining table with folded extensions did not have anything to support the extensions when folded out. The dorm style fridge froze all our fresh fruit and vegetables the first night (there's no separate freezer compartment). Had to throw all of it out. No instructions (warnings) on temperature setting provided.
