Positive: Location! Can't beat the beach front views. The guest house was large and contained all the necessities to cook and hang out at the house. The receptionists were very accomodating and assisted us with our luggage, espeically because there's a long flight of stairs to get from the parking lot/drop off spot to the reception desk/guest houses. If you are unable to use stairs or have difficulty using stairs, note that this location requires you to walk down a flight of stairs and walk back up to the parking lot/drop-off area.
Negative: WiFi connection was weak, pretty much only accessible if you are outside (ironically haha). But honestly, it was a nice time to unplug. The view was beautiful, so hanging out at the patio to get internet connection was actually pretty lovely. One of our bedrooms had some sort of wood-eating insect on the roof, causing a pile of sawdust to fall onto the bed. We informed the staff and they changed the bedsheets and appeared to have fixed the hole on the ceiling. However, a few days later, the sawdust piled up again, indicating a wood-eating insect was still present in the roof... I understand that the Philippines is a tropical climate and bugs and insects are common, but it was a little frustrating to have saw-dust pile up on the bed for 2 nights, affecting how my friend slept.
Summary: Beautiful beachfront stay with helpful staff, but weak Wi-Fi, stairs, and a bedroom insect issue.

Positive: Beach front, amazing views and quiet property. So relaxing. Long beautiful beach. They cleaned the beach each morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for price.

Positive: - beach was in front of the door - big room with own toilet - comfy bed - nice staff - option to eat there at the restaurant - parking lot for car
Negative: - was not the cleanest and everything open ( everything wood-build, it’d nice but also a welcome for insects) - you need a car or scooter to get there or going around ( everything is far away)

Positive: Away from the crowd or party area. Just rent a scooter or a car then halfway there you can go to places. Nearer to salagdoong beach and the famous lilibeth panaderia. Bang for the buck if you're not expecting a high end staycation hotel.
Negative: The nipa hut ceiling needs to be renovated. Small debris are falling.

Positive: We stayed one night here and enjoyed the beachfront location and having a whole two bedroom chalet to ourselves. The beach was beautiful although our daughter got stung by a jellyfish, the staff were really helpful in treating it with vinegar. The nearby restaurant was amazing too.
