This five-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat is perched above Lake Michigan where you can truly escape and let your stresses melt away.
The homes is just 6 miles to downtown New Buffalo Mi and other amazing beach town communities. Short drive to wine country, and breweries. 2 Casinos within 10 miles of the home.
The first floor features gorgeous hardwood running throughout and a open floor plan, aside from a small reading nook near the entryway. The kitchen is outfitted with every necessity, with an island with 4 bar stools for more seating. A cozy family sitting area with tv in front. Off to the one side is a desk area with 2 cozy chairs with ottoman and an amazing window seat overlooking the private beautiful trees that has become a relaxing reading nook. The area on the other side of the family room and kitchen has an oversized dining table that can seat up to12 and then can open up and extend out onto a large porch with furnishing for a meal or to have a morning cup or coffee or a drink at night. One the main level there are 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds and the master bedroom has its own bath. Located is a large finished basement you enter through a beautiful barn door to the 4 single beds with couch bedroom that inspires the beach. One other bedroom located in the basement with a queen bedroom and a full bath. Laundry room located in the basement. The A frame open loft 2nd floor is a wonderful place with a foosball table and game table for puzzles or games on one side. The other side with a 2nd Cozy sitting area to watch TV. We also have another desk should someone have to work during your stay.
Whether you find yourself sunbathing in the garden, walking to the beach, or curling up on the porch with a good book, making a bonfire and having s’mores, you truly couldn’t find a better spot to get away from it all.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 5 vehicles. The home has street-level parking. The Street level parking will accommodate four vehicles parked diagonally. There is also a steep driveway that 1 car can fit at the bottom. The rest of the drive is too steep to park anymore than 1 car. There is no street parking allowed anywhere in our area so please make sure you stay in the parking spaces provided.
Water Access: The Large private community beach access is one block only 3 blocks from the house. Depending on the water levels there could be another beach access only 1 block away. This winter it was looking good but we won’t know until Spring.
1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 12 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create beautiful memories, and take care of the home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS.
7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove your shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things to enjoy and return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite
