Positive: A spacious and comfortable room, excellent service, pristine facilities and just a 10 minute walk away from the local train station. For value, it feels like a five-star hotel. A perfect place for a stay in a prime location for a hot spring, with a refined feel that punches above their weight even when surrounded by more luxurious and expensive hotels.
Negative: The breakfast and dinner menus could be published in advance. I didn't have an issue as I researched traditional onsen food in advance, but it could be somewhat disconcerting for those unaware. Though it was all delicious food, I can picture some, especially foreigners, being spooked by the rush of dishes they've never seen before.

Positive: No food of choice for non-Japanese Guests. Its high time , they accommodated
Negative: food and small room for 4 people , though there were better rooms in the hotel. No lift to the third floor .for elderly
Summary: the location was beautiful. But it clearly is for japanese people than international guests .

Positive: fantastic location,prefect view through the window,and the onsen was great
Negative: The price of 26000yen per night should come with least breakfast, and the only breakfast we had there was kind of sad,really small portion for everything and they dont even have refill for milk.

Positive: The staff were great and the food delicious. the room was large and comfortable.
Negative: The walls were very thin. I was kept awake by snoring from the next room on the left and conversation from the room on the right. The sound proofing was very poor and I did not sleep well because of this. I really shouldn’t be able to hear snoring from the next room through the walls.
Summary: Comfortable room but lots of noise from other guests.
