Positive: The location was great. Didnt love the steep stairs but other than that it was quite clean and comfortable
Negative: Stairs are really steep and not advertised as so, but you cant change that.
Summary: Nice. Perfect location and had everything we needed. Was a lovely place to stay.

Positive: Location is very good. There is a playground across the road. There is an IGA in walking distance. Highly recommend for family with young children. Hot water comes out very quickly When you use it. The couch in the living room is very large. Table is very large.
Negative: Swimming pool is not that clean so we didn't use it. BBQ's fire is not distributed evenly. There is no flyscreen for the sliding door between living room and balcony. If you leave the door open for better ventilation, there will be a lot of flying insects.

Positive: Such a lovely place to visit. The location is fantastic! Right next to the beach and across the road from the playground and Kiama walk, perfect for families. The facilities were spot on, with a great downstairs cinema area, pool and heated spa. The pet friendly stay, perfect for dog friendly beach area down the road. The kitchen is fully equipped, the service was smooth and friendly and overall was great for a group holiday. Bathrooms were spotless and clean. Bedding and towels provided were great too! Thank you, we did enjoy our stay =)
Negative: Upon arrival, we felt the property wasn't cleaned properly. Found a bit of rubbish in living room and floors needed vacuuming (which we did) and a good mop up. Master bed was great but the others our guests said their mattresses were a bit too soft/springy and are probably due for replacement along with couch downstairs. Upstairs bathroom lock not working.

Positive: Short walk to the dog friendly beach. It has great amenities (spa, pool table) that kept us occupied when it was too cold to swim in the beach. We also received welcome wine & beer which was awesome!
Negative: Different T&C’s vs what was advertised on booking.com. Accommodation was advertised as “pets allowed” with no pet surcharge but after booking, T&Cs indicated “pets considered” with pet surcharge of $100/dog. In the end our dogs were allowed to join us (but with surcharge).
