Positive: The property, which has recently been refurbished, was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It’s clear that the owner has taken care to make it as welcoming and full of amenities as possible. There is a nice beach view from the small balcony, and North Beach access is just a minute’s walk away.
Negative: The building in which the condo is located is old and run down, as seen in the parking areas, walkways, and fences/gates. However, these were of minimal impact to our experience as a whole.
Summary: Well decorated and comfortable, a few steps from North Beach.

Positive: It was comfortable and clean, there were no bugs, and the kitchen covered all possible needs.
Negative: The lack of a broom and a dustpan. One light bulb is missing at the entryway. Also, there was no fire extinguisher in sight.

Positive: The view was gorgeous! It was wonderful having a sea view. The kitchen was really nice, and the owner had popcorn and coffee bags, plus sugar and cream left for us. He was very kind and checking up on us to see if everything was good. The fridge was clean, too. The rooms looked thoroughly cleaned, and bed linen was comfy. Air conditioning was great! No insects in site either, which is very important for us. Don't like seeing insects where we rent, and this condo had no pests and was very clean!
Negative: The elevator was a bit old, and my daughter and nephew got stuck in the elevator at one point for 5 minutes, and then it started working again. The elevator might need a bit of fixing in the facility, but other than that, no other issues.
Summary: Wonderful stay! Keep up the good work.

Negative: The pool area was left with garbage and bottles certain people left behind! Some guests just had no respect for it
