Beautiful country home located in the middle of 25 acres. With breath taking sunrises and sunsets. The stars really do shine brighter in Red Rock, TX. Read a book and unwind while you swing in one of the handmade wooden swings on the porch. Or, float in the large, free form pool and just relax. This 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom house is perfect for hosting a large family getaway. There is something for everyone to do. The master bedroom offers a large comfy king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head. There is another bedroom that offers a king sized bed, so don't worry! This bedroom has been newly remodeled with a wonderful comfy king sized bed. There are two bedrooms that have queen sized beds. The last room has a desk for those that may have a little work to do on vacay and two twin beds. Each of the bedroom have a tv, dish network, or a DVD player. The kithchen is perfect for making large meals with the double ovens and 5 burner gas stove. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. Also, there is a washer and dryer.
Bring the whole family to this beautiful place, with lots of room! Swimmers, our 7.5 ft deep pool has a beach area that overlooks the 25 acres. For the grillers, there is a gas grill to make a mean burger. Also, we have provided plenty of outdoor activities for some fun in the sun. Just a short drive to downtown Bastrop for shopping, activities, and drinks. Race fans, COTA is only 18 miles away and you will miss the crazy traffic from Austin. Summary: Everything was perfect. The property was tucked away, it was gated so the privacy was spot on. The pool was a nice gem. And the interior was not only spacious, but very up to date and so clean. I also, love the instructions on the do's and don'ts and how to leave the home when the stay was over. Overall 10/10! Summary: This is a beautiful home to enjoy a family vacation. A very relaxing stay. We enjoyed to beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Pool was fantastic especially with the hot summer days in Texas during August. House is well stocked with just about everything you need. We even cooked out on the grill a few times. The host was very accommodating! Shelly even left us some goodies to enjoy. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: It was a wonderful stay. Owner was extremely accommodating and very responsive. She even left us breakfast supplies as well as Margarita mix. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to relax by the pool and visit with friends or family.

Summary: We stayed here for a bachelor weekend away from town. This place has amazing views almost every direction you look and it doesn’t take long to feel like it’s 5 O’clock. Town has a great Tex Mex joint and Austin is only 40 mins away. Shelly was an excellent host and would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We got married at the Sherwood Renaissance faire 40 minutes away in McDade. We had a wonderful time staying at this home! There were so many thoughtful touches, from the tub of pool towels by the door to the complementary biscuits and local honey left for us. We played around in the pool, though there was an issue with scorpions coming to party with us. The location is so beautiful and serene, with all the wildflowers blooming so wonderfully.
